Giovanna Saade Vazquez

My name is Giovanna, I’m 21 and I’m Mexican and Lebanese. My passion for fashion design comes from the will of expressing my own point of view to the world, experimenting new shapes, new textures, and new concepts. I’ve always liked getting involved with new styles and influences, mixing them to create something creatively new and different, always adding some little details that have deep meaning.

WITH LOVE FROM HELL TO HEAVEN

Sometimes we take for granted that we are healthy, we think that it is something normal and that we will have health every day when we wake up from bed. The truth is, that life changes in a blink of an eye. You never know what may happen the next day, the next hour or even the next second of your life. Waiting for that special moment to come into your life, or waiting for something to be over, it is just useless and a waste of time in life.
“With Love, From Hell To Heaven” is a collection inspired by real experience. It’s about the hell and the heaven that I lived, the feelings and emotions that I had when I got covid-19. Anger, negativity, confusion, doubt, pain, darkness: a real nightmare. But when everything was over, there was also peace, relaxation, freedom, empathy, hope, and strong faith once again. All these feelings are represented in the little details of the garments as the mixed confusion of threads, left hanging small beads, holes of feelings in life as holes on fabrics.
Sometimes, something has to happen so that you can realize how fortunate you are with all that you have, with all that you are...

Elise Nzuzi

Hi, my name is Elise Nzuzi
I was born in Republic Democratic of Congo.
but I came to Italy when I was 5 years old and spent my life between Europe and Africa, embracing both cultures.
I am 24 years old and I live in Milan, now my city, I work and study but I am lucky because when you love what you do you don't work a single day.

We are all fashionistas in the family. I have an aunt who is a designer and a mother who is extravagant style,” Congo's sapeurs pass”, loves to dare
with colours and keep up with the times. After studying at Naba, fashion become my breath of fresh air and I finally found my place in this surreal world.
I only discovered my passion for fashion in my first year at university, as I had done other
studies. It was difficult at first, but the most beautiful and courageous decision of my life.
Now I can say that fashion is vast and takes your mind to infinity.

GIO SAADE BRAND IDENTITY-WITH LOVE, FROM HELL TO HEAVEN FW 22 PROJECT

The project With love, from hell to heaven, is something that concerns all of us after this dark year facing The Covid.
My Designer Gio Saade took all her emotions experienced during her battle against the covid and came out on top.
A journey from the inside to the paradise as Dante recounts his journey, a journey
into the otherworldly realms of sin (Hell), expiation (Purgatory) and salvation (Paradise).
In every image there is always a red thread that can take us to heaven or hell.
