“Skin Fetish” is a project dedicated to our primary shell - the skin. No matter how many clothes we are wearing, the first wrap is our skin itself. My collection is aiming at showing the infinite array of textures that our skin can produce. Human skin is similar to the skin of nature, of animals and fruits. No matter how different creatures we are, our skin have the same function and can produce the same pattern as nature creations. Through different textile manipulations and textures, I would like to wrap the body and its volumes and create a second skin.
I am born in Vratsa, Bulgaria, but later I moved in a bigger city to study in a foreign languages High school in order to follow my dream to study Fashion design abroad. In University I became really passionate about fashion industry and I have participated two times in Milan Fashion week as a dresser and social media assistant. I have also collaborated with two textile companies, who sponsored my graduate collection and provided me beautiful eco-friendly fabrics to work with.

I am Ekaterina Shevtsova.
I was born in Russia and I am studying Fashion Styling and Communication at NABA. I find inspiration in everyday life, strangers I meet on the street and start wondering what their stories are and, of course, cinema and art. Before coming to NABA I studied contemporary art and fashion design, but my real passion is Styling. What fascinates me is bringing designer outfits to life by creating a narrative during the shoot.
